Wilson Family



The earliest known people are John WILSON and his wife Ann whose children were baptised at Clent, Worcestershire, England, in the 1630s. Their numerous descendants, mostly farmers, spread through those parts of Worcestershire, Shropshire, Staffordshire and Warwickshire to the west of Birmingham.

An amazing number of these Wilsons married their cousins. Several of their descendants still live in the area, including some still with the surname Wilson.
