The Surname button links to a page of surnames for both groups, making it easy to search to see if there is a particular surname before going into more detail.

We are often asked which Family History software we use and whether we would recommend it. We use Kith and Kin Pro and Tree Draw from SpanSoft which can be downloaded from

both programs are shareware and represent excellent value for money.
